This fall, No Limits will be presenting a new series of education and community programmes “Small Steps, Giant Strides” to highlight the transformative power of art through diverse perspectives and unique everyday experiences, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of the power that inclusivity brings to our communities, and to nurture the future generations of disabled artists.
To encourage the public to understand, appreciate and experience the creativity of artists with different abilities, No Limits will stage these programmes at Tai Kwun, a cultural landmark featuring history and contemporary life.
The first event of the series will take place in October 2024 :

“The Story of Motion 2.0” is an inclusive dance project for people with visual impairment, curated by No Limits. After its successful debut in 2023, the project returns this October with a new presentation. Devised in collaboration with local community organisations, the creative showcase shares the joy of dance.

In this post-performance sharing, participants will discuss their experience of taking part in the project, share how it helped them discover new avenues for self-expression, and talk about how they inspired each other along the way.

Emotions are high for the young players of the inclusive football team, The Chameleons, as they prepare for a game away from home turf. This heartwarming documentary about camaraderie and sportsmanship shows how differences can be bridged by football, friendship – and open hearts and minds.
Launched in 2019, and co-presented by the Hong Kong Arts Festival and The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, No Limits offers barrier-free performances and events, and explores and promotes inclusiveness and understanding through the arts.
In 2025, the seventh edition of No Limits showcases a fascinating programme of music, dance, theatre and film by international and Hong Kong artists of different abilities.
Through accessible in-venue and online performances, screenings and the symposium, as well as outreach and education programmes, No Limits 2025 highlights creativity and talent in a variety of forms. Our accessible art services enable enjoyment for all audiences and help us share the importance of inclusion in all areas of life.
