The fourth edition of “No Limits” will kick off in February next year.This signature project will present a hybrid programme featuring outstanding local and international artists of different abilities, with in-venue and online to enable more members of the public to enjoy the programmes. Tickets for in-venue performances are available from 8 January onwards while all online viewings will be available to registrants completely free of charge. Registration starts at 10am on 7 February.
